First.... I've been given awards!
The Paper RoSe gave me the Arte y Pico Award! I've received this award before and EVERY TIME I am truly thrilled and it's a wonderful complement. Thank you so much :)

I know I need to hand out awards and I haven't in a long time, but it's just so hard to do because I enjoy all of your blogs so much for many different reasons, so here you go....
I made up my own award :)
I think everyone needs a little "Blog Love" don't you?The only rule is... there are no rules. Give it to anyone or everyone or no one at all, but please take it and put it on your blog, knowing that I appreciate the love you have shown me since I started this adventure.

How cute is that?! Cards and envelopes with my hopefully-future-house-that-I-hope-I'm-living-in-soon. Could it be a sign? ;)Not only is she a talented artist, but also a fabulous designer. The cupcakes are adorable! Are they just decorative or are they little salt and pepper shakers? Either way they are adorable!

Rue, I love your blog award, what is better than a beautiful rose. Also the award thing gets a little out of hand. I like your idea for the new recipients. I am bogged down right now with an award and a tag, sigh! I am very pleased to receive them but I find it difficult to follow up. Don't laugh, but I have not figured out how to link. Beverly, How Sweet the Sound, is trying to help me but I have an Apple and she doesn't. Before blogging, I was completely computer challenged. Seriously I have so much to learn. Oh Rue, I love that hopefully-soon-to-be-your-house print! (Just a thought, but what happens if you don't get it? What will you do with that print?) But that won't happen. I DID NOT curse your getting that new house. Instead I sent a little magic fairy dust scurrying through the air, straight from East Texas to you in your current house. The dust settled gently about your home's rooms. The soon-to-be-new-owners will soon come into your house as though in a trance. Thanks so much for making that award; I haven't gotten one in a while and I am going to take it in the spirit it was offered. Your notecards are great. Just a marketing thought. What about having Fifi do a drawing of your current house and you could put it on postcards with some of the house info and have the Realtor ( Heather, right?) hand them out at showings. You never know what little marketing gimmick might be "the one".
