International observers are still without access to the plane wreckage of Malaysia Airlines

"Today, our aim was to test a route, make an assessment of the roads, for safety reasons, is one of the tasks for which we've been assigned, we have been doing for the last three months," explains Michael Bociurkiw, spokesman for the OSCE in Ukraine.

The Ukrainian authorities deplore the fact that the pró-russos groups do not allow access to the venue:

"I'd like to emphasize that the Ukraine regrets that, so far, in territory controlled by pro-Russian guerrillas, is not allowed, the international experts investigating the disaster, access to the site of the terrible tragedy," said the Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Volodymyr Hroysman.

Security concerns continue to exist, in an area where fighting continues, although the Government in Kiev has ensured that the conflict does not extend to the perimeter of the crash.

Foreign Governments, who lost citizens, require that access to the site because some remains have not been recovered.

Tour 2014, Vincenzo Nibali: "I worked hard for this victory"

Had to go back to France on the head and, for more than once, said a day would win. Became the "Tour", an obsession? None of this. On the contrary. Tried to look for the "Tour" without pressure and runs it with serenity, relaxed. Last year, also participated in the "Vuelta" (to Spain) and lost it in the last week, finishing second. In the end, we need to learn to accept defeat, we also accept seconds or third parties. Is so and this is cycling.

What does it mean to you to be one of six cyclists in history to have won all three Grand Tours to bike? It's something special and particularly because there are only a few people did. Around Spain (2010) was the first major victory and gave me really. Then I started to work hard for the "Giro d'Italia" because for an Italian that's a very important race. I finished on the podium (2011) and able to touch lightly on the success, caresses him and falling in love with him. Finally, last year, won the back to Italy and, for me, it was a great emotion because the "Cute" is the race I've always dreamed of and that I used to see on TV. Via great champions like Induraín or Pantani, always running the "Giro". The return to France is also a spectacular race and when I arrived, in 2012, the last step of the podium, I said to myself: "who knows, one day, I can win." Knew it wouldn't be easy at all, but I worked hard to try and achieve this triumph. It wasn't easy, but now I can say: ' that's it, I got it. '

What I would say to those who think that only won because the Froome and the Accountant had to give up? Unfortunately, this is also cycling. Is a sport made of falls, made of good and bad things. It's part of the game. I can tell these people, however, it was strong. From beginning to end. I won in England, in step York-Sheffield. After I won in La Planche de Belles Files, in the Alps and the Pyrenees. Soon, I was always in optimal conditions. I did, certainly not a "Tour" of great level.

Looking at the standings, there's a big difference between the Nibali and the rest of the platoon. This difference arises from the fact that, in my mind, the main goal was to fight with Alberto Contador, and with Chris Froome, with whom he had already competed in the "Critérium du Dauphiné" (8-15 June this year). I knew I had to keep working to reach a higher level and I got here, the "Tour", well prepared. Maybe, with the Counter and Froome in evidence, the difference had been any shorter. But last year, in the "Giro d'Italia", won with a breakthrough.

The expectations were huge. The Astana gambled much itself and the results, this season, were not to appear. The team started losing some patience, but Nibali it seemed relaxed in the middle of the Pack. He felt safe with his preparation? Is normal. Last year, I did a season of "top". From the beginning until the end. I got good ratings in two major stages races and that's not easy. I almost won two Grand Tours in the same year. Later, I participated in the World Championship and it is normal that during the winter, free me up a bit. In February, my daughter was born and I dedicated myself to the family. I gained some weight, but I got the right power July. Only took me a little longer and I was ready a little later.

Now, is the most requested platoon and cyclist will receive, certainly, many offers. We can keep seeing him with the colors of the Astana until 2016, when the contract ends? I still have two years left on her contract and I'm still here. The Astana team was built just for me, so I'm going to continue with them until 2016.

Next year, the bet is to win the Tour. There is also the desire to show that it is capable of winning Froome and accountant, Quintana and everyone else? My ambition is to try and equate me to them. Always. Of course, we have to prepare well the races, I mean, the big races by stages, which for me are the most important. We have to be in the best condition possible. Last year I faced too many times the counter and Froome, and managed to beat them. Then, of course, there are years in which we have won and others in which we lost. It is normal, this is sport.

A good image for the Astana

With Froome and counter in proof, what would have changed on your strategy? We tried to be competitive throughout the race, always attempting to extend the advantage to the other cyclists and if the possibility of winning a stage, 'd stung them. In particular, we wanted the last stage in the Pyrenees to prove that Nibali was the best in the "Tour" and to leave our mark. They were all devastated, but they did their best to last.

Watching from the outside, it looked like Nibali pedaled as Vinokúrov when running. Feel his influence on the team? Sit down, of course, but Nibali, as champion, has an easy-to-manage mentality. The team's strategy is the motivation. We can say that the pedal a bit to my Nibali style, but he's Vincenzo Nibali. I never won a back to France, I never lived this experience and the fact that he won with our team, well, this is the most beautiful that ever happened.

Ban Ki-moon condemns attack on school in Gaza

Palestinian officials blame Israel for the deaths of more than 15 people, including children, in the attack on a school, which housed several Palestinians refugees in the Gaza Strip. Israel responds by saying that's hindsight not ruling out the hypothesis of a ratchet of Hamas have caused the deaths.

The Secretary-General of the United Nations continues to seek the settlement of the conflict:

"I was shocked and horrified by what happened at the UN school in Beit Hanoun. Yes, totally unacceptable. I condemn, strongly. So I say to both the Israelis and Hamas, the Palestinians, that is morally wrong to kill its own people, "said Ban Ki-moon.

At the time of the attack several families were gathered in the school yard awaiting the arrival of a red cross vehicle that would collect them. The death of civilians continues, among Palestinians under Israel's accusations:

"Why combat continues? Why we get to where we're going? I think there's a simple explanation, which was given by the Foreign Ministers of the European Union in a statement a few days ago. Hamas is using their own civilians, Palestinian civilians as human shields, "said Yigal Palmor, spokesman for the Israeli Foreign Minister.

On the eighteenth day of the offensive Israeli troops are stationed near the border with Gaza.

More than 140 thousand Palestinians fled, many seeking shelter in buildings managed by United Nations relief and Works Agency for Palestine refugees.

Despair in Gaza

The fighting intensified in the Gaza Strip on Thursday, forcing a few more thousands of people to flee.

In addition to the thousands of victims of the fighting, the displaced from the areas of residence are, according to the UN, more than 140 thousand.

The humanitarian situation deteriorates every hour, a blocked enclave where it starts missing everything.

From the Gaza Strip, our Special Envoy, Valérie Gauriat tells us what he has seen.

euronews: Valérie, the tension is palpable as in recent days, when a new Israeli incursion perspective in Gaza?

Valérie Gauriat: Yes, the tension is palpable as the streets of Gaza, they are deserted. It's a ghost town, people hide, afraid, as the bombing intensifies

and: the fact that the streets are deserted I mean that people will close at home, or anywhere that they serve as a shelter ...

V. G: "in fact, people will close, stay at home â€" those whose homes were not destroyed. Some are in stairwells of buildings that serve as a refuge; other in u.n. shelters. In any case, they fear, fear of the bombing, bombs that can fall anywhere at any time ".

e: Collected this morning eloquent images. One can speak-as did a senior official of the UN-humanitarian disaster?

V. g: "what is true is that the shortage begins to settle in Gaza, from the perspective of new bombings begins to Miss everything, food, clothes, especially families who have fled are in need of everything. Are people who have lost everything and the billets are rare at this point. The aberuras of the border are rare too, so it's hard to get humanitarian aid. For the people who went there is no electricity. At this time there is no electricity in most of the buildings of Gaza and also water becomes scarce, because there have been bombings on pipelines and water distribution systems of drinking water are mixing with the water in the sewers, where pipes were damaged "

and: "in the conversations I have had with the Gazans, what did they tell you? Are truly on the edge?

V. G: "well, this morning we went to northern Gaza, in an area designated red and we found a family whose house was totally destroyed and this family has joined in the home of another family nearby. The desperation of these people is very clear, the stories they tell are tragic, they don't know where to go, I don't know what to do nor that Holy pray. They expect the world to find a solution to this crisis that has become unbearable for the gazenses ".

Yatseniuk: "we continue to believe that the ultimate goal of the Russian Federation is to eliminate the Ukraine"

The conversation with the correspondent in Kiev, Sergio Cantone, spoke, among other things, about the struggle to preserve the identity and Ukrainian independence before Moscow and about the need to listen to the inhabitants of the East of the country.

Sergio Cantone, Euronews: believes that after new sanctions on Russia will accept a kind of cease-fire and subsequent negotiations?

Arseniy Yatseniuk, former Prime Minister of Ukraine: "there's still room for that. The possibility of some sort of dialogue still exists, but the only model of negotiations that the Ukrainian Government supports is the Geneva format: United States, European Union, Ukraine and Russia. There is still that possibility, but we need a prison for those who committed these crimes international. "

Sergio Cantone, Euronews: what do you expect over the next few weeks? Believes that this country that mentions will intensify the pressure against Ukraine?

Arseniy Yatseniuk, former Prime Minister of Ukraine: "Is very dependent on the ultimate goals of President Putin and the close allies of the regime. We continue to believe that the ultimate goal of the Russian Federation is to eliminate the Ukraine and erase the country from the map, prevent Ukraine from becoming part of the great European family, prevent the Ukraine is an independent and free country. We are fighting for our freedoms. We are fighting for our land, for our country and for our future. In this case those who fight against us are on the downside. "

Sergio Cantone, Euronews: given that the situation is very difficult for Ukraine, believes it is a good time, from the point of view of internal politics, dissolve Parliament and call new elections as soon as possible?

Arseniy Yatseniuk, former Prime Minister of Ukraine: "we only have two options, to be or not to be ... on the one hand we need to adopt an austerity package, we need to make reforms and for that we need to maintain the stability and the majority in Parliament. On the other hand we need to listen to the will of the Ukrainian people. The Ukrainians want to finish or renovate the Parliament, have a new one. Most of them asks to move up parliamentary elections. This could be an intermediate solution, ahead of legislative elections after imposing the peace and stability in the East of Ukraine. "

Sergio Cantone, Euronews: don't you think, though, that in this country there is a great need to give people of Eastern Ukraine a policy response? Right now there is a kind of lack of representation for them, from a political point of view. What message do you have for these people in relation to the possibility of advancing the elections?

Arseniy Yatseniuk, former Prime Minister of Ukraine: "First, let me be clear, because you probably don't know the reality of what's happening on the ground in Ukraine. Most Ukrainian Presidents, Prime Ministers and Ukrainian Governments were elements of Eastern Ukraine. "

Sergio Cantone, Euronews: I know the reality of the country, but that's what you say.

Arseniy Yatseniuk, former Prime Minister of Ukraine: "we need to talk about actual facts. The second problem is that Eastern Ukraine has extensive representation in the Parliament and control the local parliaments, local governments. The third problem is that is completely correct, as we need to find a political solution. But first we need to know what kind of political demands is that these people have, for example, are related to the Russian language. I was the first one to say, we still have a valid law on the special status of the Russian language. "

Sergio Cantone, Euronews: I'm not talking about the Russian language, but about their needs. They don't trust the authorities in Kiev.

Arseniy Yatseniuk, former Prime Minister of Ukraine: "I was a few days ago in Slovyansk. Is a former stronghold of pro-Russian guerrillas and it is true that probably up to 30% of the population of the East does not trust Kiev. And this is absolutely normal. But I saw the eyes and faces of those who were released by the Ukrainian army. Probably don't like us, but definitely hate the pro-Russian guerrillas. "

Sergio Cantone, Euronews: it will give them the possibility to vote for Governor himself, as part of decentralization, for example?

Arseniy Yatseniuk, former Prime Minister of Ukraine: "the idea that we have, called decentralization program..."

Sergio Cantone, Euronews: do not federalization?

Arseniy Yatseniuk, former Prime Minister of Ukraine: "This was the Russian program â€" how to eliminate the Ukraine â€" to make a federal State and to buy parts of Ukraine."

Sergio Cantone, Euronews: This is the reason why I mention decentralization.

Arseniy Yatseniuk, former Prime Minister of Ukraine: "Decentralization â€" what kind of idea do we have? For now, the President has a Government appointed. We want to eliminate this institution and allow local councils to elect directly the Governors, through local councils. We're ready to do it and the President has put forward an amendment to the Constitution. "

Gaza revolt against the war and some people refer to Cristiano Ronaldo

The youth activist group called Gaza Youth Breaks Out (translated literally: "Gaza Youth breaks free"), refers to the Portuguese Footballer Cristiano Ronaldo in a macabre to shock the world. The goal is to try to draw maximum attention to a conflict that since July 8, has killed more than 220 Palestinians and left more than 1500 wounded.

The revolt among inhabitants of Gaza City is up against both sides. Underlined by the ceasefire proposed by Egypt-country that borders, in Rafah, with the conflict zone, which had recetividade by the Israelis, but which was rejected by Hamas, the Islamic organization that controls the Gaza Strip.

Hamas fired a rocket from Gaza today and severely damaged this house in Ashkelon. #IsraelUnderFire pic.twitter.com/SRrnzoG1Sv

The bombing remain innocent and continue to die. This Wednesday, at least 23 Palestinians have been victims of a new series of attacks from Israel to the North of the Gaza Strip, in response to alleged roquetes launched by Hamas into Israeli territory.

One of our teams of reportage in Gaza City residents heard some. The saturation and the revolt are natural. "This war is just hit innocents. I don't see any interest in this conflict continue. We want to have a decent life and we want an end to the Israeli blockade so that the people of Palestine â€" which has been deprived of everything â€" you can just live once, "says a Palestinian.

Another, younger, reveals that, contrary to what happens for example in Tel Aviv, in Gaza, "there is no safe haven": "civilians are targeted and they are the very people who have to look for a shelter. We are a people surrounded and overwhelmed. We need your help. That's enough to humiliate the people of Gaza. "

A third of Gaza Palestinian claims that "lack a genuine peace initiative." "One that responds to our calls so we can live because this is not live", applies.

The Gaza Youth Breaks Out in the campaign that has been intensifying against this war, "triggers" in all directions. The group, which is expressed through a blog and social networks on the Internet, points the finger at those responsible for continuing the bombing, in particular the Israeli defence forces.

Hasni Abidi, "is more advantageous (for Hamas) reject peace proposal"

The conditions imposed divided the Palestinian people themselves, in particular the military wing and a political wing. But Hamas is deaf to everything and everyone and persists in his iron arm logic to the account of the suffering of his own population. Hamas spokesman Sami Abu Zuhri, threatens:

"The announcement of the Israeli occupation from the end of the armed struggle, one of the two parties, it means nothing to us nor have any value for Hamas. What we require is not the end of the fighting, but the end of injustice against the Palestinian population of Gaza. "

Since it seized power in Gaza, Hamas presents itself as unique and reliable interlocutor of the people, without giving rise to that other movements to express the popular will. Becomes indispensable, as if it were the only group able to defend the interests of the Palestinians of Gaza against the occupation of the enemy.

But the strategy of force caused the stampede of some allies of Hamas. Since the election of general Al Sisi, in Egypt, relations with protective ex-potência became strained.

The Egypt agreed to open the border crossings, on time, and only to provide aid to the population. For decades, the tunnels of Rafah served to aprovisonar the militias of Hamas, but also the logistics of the Palestinians in General, for all construction and trade.

Even isolated diplomatically, Hamas has a lot of military force. The missiles and roquetes arriving from Iran and Syria and its refined sophistication sends them each time closer to the heart of the enemy.

The State of Israel, which bombards in force, mostly with drones, wasn't ready for an intervention on such a scale. The considerable number of civilian casualties will result in an increase in the escalation of war and become a breeding ground for radicals on both sides. In this context, Hamas has nothing to lose.

Interview to understand the motivations of Hamas, spoke with Hasni Abidi, a specialist in the Arab world.

Euronews â€" more than 200 dead in a week, a high level of destruction. Why does Hamas in a new war? What are the motivations of the movement?Abidi-Hamas is trying to take advantage of the escalating violence on both sides. The extremist side is thinking clearly in the political capital. For the movement is more advantageous to reject the peace proposal than accept it. Hamas will emerge strengthened from the political point of view, while trying to lift completely the blockade. But, more important, ultimately undermine your partner, the Palestinian Authority.

Last night, the Israelis destroyed the houses of four Hamas leaders. For a week, Israeli forces bombed Gaza. The movement responds with the launch of roquetes. Where Hamas will get this resilience? The balance of forces clearly favors Israel, but Hamas has surprised everybody, including Israeli military. I believe that Hamas has already prepared for this for a long time. We believe that in the last two years, especially after the fall of Morsi, in Egypt, Hamas understood that the international situation is favorable to the movement. He lost all his allies and it was important to be prepared for a rainy day, for a confrontation with Israel. It is, however, evident that maintains strong links with former sponsors like Iran.

Let's talk, then, support for the Hamas: given the current situation in Syria and in Iraq, we can say that the Islamists of Hamas are stronger? As you know, the Palestinian jihadists, Islamic Jihad or Hamas are an emanation and their national struggle is national. It is very difficult to have links with the international Jihadist movement taking into account what is happening in Syria and in Iraq. However, the performance of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant gives ideas, especially the ' Islamic jihad '. How they think that the Arab States have lost strength and that nothing can do for your cause, it was necessary to act.

A Hamas leader said recently, speaking of a possible Israeli ground operation that resistance dream about it and that Gaza will be your graveyard. In his opinion, given the number of victims and the destruction, thinks the Gazans continue to support the position of Hamas? Most Gazans want to end the violence and reach a durable ceasefire, above all, with the conditions that are already known: the reopening of borders, the end of the blockade and the release of prisoners. It is important to underline, that the inhabitants of Gaza are limited because the Hamas is not only a political movement, but it is also a military organization, an economic structure and that after the departure of the Palestinian Authority the day-to-day life of the population is set by Hamas. Therefore, and despite everything, there is almost a fusion between the inhabitants of Gaza and Hamas, of course, because there is no other perspective. Especially when the only point of passage with Egypt is closed, it becomes very difficult for the people rebel against Hamas.

Iranian nuclear agreement on the verge of being postponed in Vienna

Mohamed Zarif made the situation today, "the negotiations have been interesting but now we need political advances on the part of Washington to find a solution to reach an agreement that puts an end to the crisis".

Zarif had proposed yesterday, in an interview with the American press, the possibility to freeze the nuclear program advance for three to seven years, without renouncing to the project. A possibility ruled out by Washington demanding that Tehran limit its activities, including slowing down the number of nuclear centrifuges in operation.

The US Secretary of State, John Kerry, acknowledges there are important advances, but "there are still big gaps in key subjects. We have made it clear that the 19 thousand centrifuges of the current nuclear program are too ".

And if, in public, the exchange of accusations persists, backstage, diplomatic sources say timid advances in the draft of an agreement in Vienna between the five powers of the UN Security Council, the Germany and Tehran. It is now the Washington final say on the extension of the negotiations, when the United States continue to doubt the peaceful goals of the Iranian nuclear program.
