Brazilian diplomacy Chief resigns due to crisis with Bolivia

The Brazil's Foreign Minister resigned Monday following a diplomatic crisis with Bolivia. The expulsion of Antonio Patriota happens after the escape of the Bolivian opponent Roger Pinto Molina, with the help of Brazilian diplomats, the Embassy of Brazil in La Paz, where he was a refugee.
