Kazakhstan: armed attack ends with four dead

According to the Minister of the Interior several exchanges of gunfire ended with those deaths. The same source said that two men were detained in the context of a vast "antiterrorist operation".

One of the detainees, a young man with a criminal record, will be responsible for a murder that took place a few days ago, according to the same Minister.

The men have allegedly stolen a police car, killing its driver, and after shooting a COP.

These attacks, in a country that was relatively calm, happens a month after another, against a military base and weapons stores, who finished with seven dead.

In Kazakhstan the population is mostly Sunni. In recent months there has been the growth in the country, of radical Islam.

The country, which was already in terrorist alert, this State for over a month.
