Berlusconi: Court has evidence on the case Ruby

The Court of Milan revealed now that there is sufficient evidence on accusations that Silvio Berlusconi had sex with dancer Karima El Mahroug, known as Ruby, in Exchange for money and gifts.

In June, the Court ordered Berlusconi to a year in prison for the crime of paying an underage prostitute, plus another six years for abusing his power to cover it up.

Earlier this year he was convicted of tax evasion but it always appeal of judicial decisions and save time. His political life is now threatened.

The Italian Senate must vote on November 27, for their expulsion from the Parliament to the extent that Berlusconi is prohibited by law from exercising public office.
