Viktor Yanukovych negotiates with Vladimir Putin in Moscow

This is a tense Tuesday for the Ukrainians who wish to see their country move closer to the European Union, in expectation of the results of the meeting this morning in Moscow, the President Viktor Yanukovych with Vladimir Putin.
