Syria: Aborted the first stage of evacuation of chemical weapons

Expired this Tuesday the deadline for the completion of the first stage of the evacuation of the most dangerous chemical weapons from Syria, without which the operation has been completed.

The Norwegian vessels which should carry the weapons returned to Cyprus for lack of safety conditions for the transport of chemical arsenal to the port of Latquia.
