Ukraine to live on top of a powder keg.

The President of Ukraine took another step that the opposition found insufficient for an agreement that puts an end to weeks of instability and violence.

Viktor Yanukovych offered the leadership of the Government to the two parties that have been in front of the defence.

But the proposal has been considered insufficient. They want presidential elections in 2014. Without it, there is agreement:

"What happened today was that Viktor Yanukovych acknowledged that the Government is not ready to assume responsibilities to the country and made available to the opposition leading the Government. What was our response? We're afraid of the responsibility? We're not afraid of the responsibility, but we fear the fate of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk said.

Arseniy Yatsenyuk, invited to Prime Minister, playing strong. He wants to get Yanukovych the Presidency of the country.

The dispute continued, with the independence square filled with a crowd that expects other news.

Vitaly Klitschko reassured his supporters and ensured that this negotiation process is not a retreat from the opposition:

"Our demand is the realization of presidential elections earlier this year. We're not backing down. We maintain our positions, here and in the regions, "he said.

The European Union is trying to mediate the conflict and it is possible that the President Viktor Yanukovych, continue to meet with the opposition leaders.
