Oscar Pistorius: Attorney tries to prove the thesis of "death with premeditation"

The Prosecutor, Gerrie Nel, accused him of premeditated murder and of breaking legislation on gun permit and did design a video where you can see the athlete in a training camp.

Gerrie Nel defends the thesis that the boyfriends discussed violently, Reeva took refuge in the bathroom in fear and that Pistorius fired knowing she was there.
