Venezuela: President says that were established bases for sincere dialogue

Vice President Jorge Arreaza stressed, meanwhile, that the representatives of the Union of South American Nations will follow the discussions "as witnesses of good faith" and that must also be present a representative of the Vatican.

The Government has agreed to the demand of the opposition for that dialogue to be public and broadcast on national television.

The opponent Ramon Guillermo Aveledo said that "the first meeting of the dialogue process will take place before the eyes of all Venezuelans and the world, to show that it is transparent and so that all positions and motives are perfectly clear.

The Venezuela is dipped into political crisis two months ago. Several anti-Government demonstrations degenerated into violence, making 39 dead and hundreds injured.
