Oscar Pistorius will be evaluated in psychiatric hospital during 30 days

The announcement was made Tuesday by judge that accompanies the event.

The assessments are intended to ascertain whether the alleged suffering anxiety disorder may have influenced the judgment of Pistorius on the night he shot and killed his girlfriend.

The model Reeva Steenkamp died in February last year, allegedly the victim of a mix-up of Pistorius, who claims to have judged that it was an intruder who broke into the House of the athlete.

Pistorius is accused of deliberately murdering the model after an argument.

Paralympic star's trial is postponed until 30 June, at which point you should finish the psychiatric evaluation.
