Pakistani murdered by family

The murder took place at the Court of Lahore, on the East side of the country.

Farzena Parveen, 25 years, pregnant, moved with her husband to court, where a hearing was scheduled, by complaint filed by her father.

He said his daughter had been kidnapped, and therefore required the annulment of marriage.

The aid arrived in time to save this life.

The marriage had been validated by the Pakistani authorities.

In 2013, there were 869 killings of this kind that, in Pakistan, are called "honor killings."

The UN Commissioner for refugees already regretted what happened and asked the authorities more firmness, in cases like this.
