South African miners are protesting the deaths of comrades

Working in the company's Platinum mine in Marikana, Lonmin.

The social struggle worsened in recent days, with the murder of four miners.

The unions say that, despite these deaths, the police did nothing and failed to even detain suspects.

The struggle of the miners has a history of tragedy. Where do strike, repression increases, having caused more than 40 deaths, from 2012.

Among the dead were 34 miners.

The mine is producing only 40 percent of their capacity, with reflexes in the national economy, with a growing, increasingly slow.
