India: relief Teams rescue man from the rubble of a building

About 40 people were rescue with life, but there are at least 20 dead. There should be, other, people, prey.

The building, which was under construction, was located on the outskirts of the city of Chennai, in southern India. Most people, who were inside were workers, but there were also women and children. In India, during construction work, many times, the children live with their parents in the building.

Six people have been detained, accused of manslaughter. Among them, the owner of the building, the son and two engineers.
