Iraqi Parliament does not reach the consensus

Kurdish peshmerga forces on the ground have put their flag on a checkpoint on the road between Kirkuk and Tikrit. The Kurds gain ground to the Islamic State of Iraq fighters and the Levant. Which may represent the creation of the border of a possible future, Kurdish State in northern Iraq.

The international community mobilizes to confront the Iraqi situation. The United States will send 500 soldiers and 300 military advisers to defend its Embassy in Baghdad and the international airport of the Iraqi capital.

The Saudi Arabia prepares to send money through the international agents, also to help the country.
