Ukraine: early legislative marked by crisis in the East

The pro-Western camp hopes to conquer the vast majority of seats in Parliament in a ballot that, however, will not take place in Crimea â€" attached in March by Russia-and in the eastern regions controlled by rebels pró-russos.

Despite the peace process launched by President Petro Poroshenko, the fighting continues and the separatists who dominate parts of the regions of Donetsk and Lugansk to organize their own elections to November 2.

The East of the country is the image of the destruction caused by the clashes between the army and the rebels who have complained more than 3700 lives since April, according to the UN.
