Nigeria: 6 dead in suicide bombing

The extremist Islamist group Boko Haram give no truce in Nigeria.

This Friday a suicide bomber killed five civilians and a policeman and left another five people injured, in an explosion at a gas station in the city of Kano.

The attack was not claimed, but this city in the Northwest of the country has been the scene of frequent attacks during the five years of the Group's campaign of terror in an attempt to create a Caliphate in Northern Nigeria.

This attack comes one day after the extremists have taken account of Chibok, the city where last April were abducted 200 young students.

Most of the city's inhabitants, mainly Christians, fled when the attack happened. Witnesses say insurgents have announced that the city becomes part of the Caliphate.
