Afghanistan: suicide bombers attack police station

The suicide bomber managed to penetrate the perimeter of the station.

The first bomber was detonated at the main gate while the rest involved in clashes with police.

One of the bombers managed to enter the mess hall killing a large number of elements of the security forces.

The attack occurred in the East of the country, near the capital, Kabul.

The attack was claimed by the Taliban forces.

Also Tuesday, a car bomb exploded injuring one person in the capital.

Since the departure of foreign forces in the country last year that have been increasing their attacks against the forces of law and order.
