Netanyahu apologizes to the Arabs but keeps White House criticism

In a video now released, the Israeli Prime Minister asks the most sincere apologies for having denounced the "danger" of the massive mobilization of the Arabs.

Despite the attempt to put water on the boil, the White House maintains the criticism of Netanyahu.

"After the elections, the Prime Minister said he had changed his posture, but to many in Israel and the international community, the contradictory comments led to the mark about his commitment to the two-State solution, as well as when he suggested that the construction of settlements has a strategic objective to divide Palestinian communities. We cannot pretend that these comments will never be heard, "said White House Chief of staff, Denis McDonough, during the annual Conference of the American Organization J Street.

On the last day of campaigning, Netanyahu promised that if he were re-elected there would be any hope for the creation of a Palestinian State.

Went further and argued that radical Islam poses a threat to Israel.
