Three Turkish soldiers killed in clashes with the PKK

This is the latest wave of violence between the army and the rebels of the Kurdistan Workers ' Party, in this Kurdish-majority territory after decision of Ankara, to launch an offensive against Kurdish rebels and against the jihadists of the Islamic State.

The province of Hakkari is near the Turkish border with Iraq. Last week, clashes between supporters of the PKK and the security forces took place in the city of Bezabde.
