More than five million Catalans are called to the polls this Sunday, September 27, for the third time in five years. A vote that the President of the Regional Government of Catalonia, Artur Mas, characterizes as an "independence referendum."

Application of Popular Unitat (CUP): the Popular unity Candidature is a far-left political party led by journalist Antonio Baños. The formation advocates independence from Spain of the European Union and the Troika.

According to the CIS, Sociological Investigations Centre the Coalition "Togeth pel SI can get between 60 to 61 parliamentary seats. These members along with eight elected by Popular unity Candidature would obtain an absolute majority in favour of independence, but not when it comes to the percentage of votes (44 percent).

In case of victory, the list "Together for Yes" promises "a disconnection process" of Spain.

Define a roadmap for independence with the creation of State institutions as a tax administration is one of the priorities. The goal is to complete the process no later than 2017.
