Egypt: low turnout

In an attempt to reverse the trend situation, the Election Commission threatens to impose fines to voters who do not comply with the civic duty in the amount of 500 Egyptian pounds, about 30 euros.

"When it comes to voters think that participation is normal. But I don't know if younger people will exercise the right to vote. I don't know what they think, or what you dispute or desire. I don't understand why not give the country a chance to move forward and don't understand what are you waiting for "refers to a voter.

One of the arguments put forward by the younger is the links of candidates. Most of the current head of State, responsible for the military coup that turned away from Mohamed Morsi, in 2013. The lists are also part of the old regime.
