Pope has benign, according to Italian press

The news that the Pope would have a benign tumor in the brain has been categorically denied by the Vatican spokesman, Federico Lombardi, but the daily Nazionale, the editorial group who first wrote about the subject (of which local newspapers La Nazione, Il Resto del Carlino and Il Giorno), responds that its sources are well informed and that the Pope is being accompanied by a Japanese expert , Takanori Fukushima.

The oncologist will have made an urgent visit to Argentina in January.

According to the daily Nazionale, Fukushima will have diagnosed a small benign tumor in the brain, which was considered not to be necessary a surgical intervention.
