Belgium: two people arrested on suspicion of preparing attacks
Two people were detained in Belgium on suspicion of preparing terrorist attacks planned for new year's Eve.Within the framework of anti-terrrorismo investigations, the Belgian authorities took place on Sunday and Monday several raids in the region of Brussels, Flanders and Liège.According to the Belgian press, six people were detained for questioning, four have since been released. The two people arrested are suspected of leading a terrorist cell involved in recruitment and planning of attacks.
