Iran: Rohani wants to solve the nuclear dispute in 6 months

The new Iranian President wants to quickly resolve the dispute over the nuclear issue. In an interview with the Washington Post, Hassan Rohani says want a deal between Tehran and the world's major powers over a period of three to six months.

Rohani expects that the West be more flexible on sanctions imposed on the country â€" because of uranium enrichment and allow inspections of its nuclear facilities.

Tehran may, this Thursday, demonstrate the willingness to resolve the situation, during the meeting at the ministerial level with the so-called P5 +1. The five permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Germany are concerned that Iran wants to endow the atomic weapon. Tehran says it is only civil nuclear. A divergence which dates from 2006.
