Assad says that "there are" conditions for Peace Conference

Despite the Conference proposed by the United States and Russia be expected for the end of November in Geneva, Assad stressed that was not yet fixed a date. The US Secretary of State, John Kerry, responded by saying that while the Syrian President remains in power, "the war will continue".
