EU presses Ukraine to find solution to Timochenko

A question which must be resolved until 18 November when the EU decides if the Association Agreement, the first step for Ukraine's accession to the EU, will be signed or not.

"The time for bluffing, both sides, now is the time for action," said the Polish Foreign Minister, Radoslaw Sikorski.

As for the current situation, his Swedish counterpart, Carl Bildt, was perentório:

"I'm not going to talk about it, we're waiting for the final evaluation, until now said they did not meet the requirements, I'll see if they change."

The European Union suspects that there are political motivations behind the conviction of Timochenco and requires his release.
