China: Explosion in oil pipeline kills 22 people

Qingdao is one of China's largest oil terminals where enough imported crude oil that supplies two major refineries of Sinopec and various other independent State.

The accident, which caused a massive crater, happened when it proceeded to repair a leak in a section of the pipeline. The authorities have already ruled out the hypothesis of a terrorist act.
