Syrian prisoners beaten and electrocuted

Evidence provided by a photographer of the military police who deserted and that, according to prosecutors involved in the investigation, highlight the systematic torture to which they were subjected about 11 thousand people reported missing between March 2011 and August 2013.

The report commissioned by Qatar has arrived at the hands of the United Nations.

"Since World War II and the Nuremberg trial that we haven't seen this kind of documents relating to the murder of humans. These people starved, were tortured and executed. Those responsible should be ashamed and they should be prosecuted, "said Prosecutor David Crane.

Beaten, strangled, or electrocuted were few prisoners who were left to count, in the first person, how it all happened.

"I saw two officers to arrive. One was carrying an electrical appliance. They beat me and was martyred with several electric shocks, "says a survivor.

Another point: "I've seen people with nails ripped out and when I looked at them I thought that everything was not human."

Crimes are also documented on video and that the regime of Bashar Al-Assad continues to deny.
