Africa-Spain: illegal immigrants have taken by storm the border of Melilla

The Spain has been the target of criticism in Europe for the way he's dealing with immigrants. The Government spokesman in Melilla responds:

"It's very easy to talk comfortably from the North, outside of the problems are living in the South, but the South's problems are also the problems of Sweden, so the most important thing is that the European Union take and what you should do is ask the Spanish Government to the European Union implies".

The border of Melilla is since autumn protected by barbed-wire barriers of over seven feet tall.

On Feb. 6, about a dozen and a half people lost their lives in a similar assault on Ceuta.

Melilla and Ceuta are the only two land borders between Africa and Europe. Regularly, hundreds of immigrants join the Moroccan side waiting for the propitious moment to force passage.
