Kerry and Lavrov in London to discuss situation in Ukraine

The US Secretary of State meets this Friday, with Mr Lavrov, in London, will be the fourth meeting between the two in one week, to discuss a plan for the crisis in Ukraine.

Also the members of the UN Security Council sought, this Thursday, in a special session, in the presence of the Ukrainian Prime Minister, an exit to the crisis that is installed in the country.

"We ask that the Russia Federation remove quickly, Crimean military forces and initiate talks real and negotiations," said the Chief Executive.

The Russian Ambassador to the UN, which does not recognize legitimacy of Kiev authorities, left a clear message:

"I answer directly the questions Yatsenyuk. The Russians don't want war. We do not want a deterioration of the situation. "

If the outcome of the referendum is favorable to Russia the West has already guaranteed not to recognise for violating the Constitution of Ukraine.

Since the lifting of sanctions to the u.n. Russia can happen. Even if Moscow vetoes the resolution China may abstain.
