Ukraine: Ukrainian Navy Commander was released

The Commander of the Ukrainian Navy detained by forces prórussas on Wednesday was released, along with other civilians and military.

Rear Admiral Serguiï Gaïdouk had been detained at the headquarters of the Ukrainian Navy in Sevastopol, taken by pró-russos.

The information was put forward by interim President of Ukraine, in a press release published on Thursday.

The father of one of the Ukrainians released stated via a social network that military and civilians were left at liberty near the border of Crimea with the rest of the country.
