Ukraine: finished the ultimatum made pro-Russian forces

Finished the ultimatum of Ukraine made pro-Russian forces occupying public buildings in cities in the East and South of the country.

From now on, Kiev can use force.

The ultimatum signed by the interim President, Alexandr Turchynov, observes that the Ukraine will not allow "that Russia repeat the scenario of Crimea" and that "the National Security and Defense Council decided to start an operation to combat terrorism, large-scale, with the support of the armed forces".

However, Yuriy Sergeyev, Ukrainian Ambassador to the United Nations, assured that Kiev has guarantees the presence of "Russian special forces" on their territory which seek to "destabilize" the situation across the country.

The same responsible explained that groups of "10 or 20" Russian military are "infiltrated in Ukraine" to create combat units and promote actions against governmental interests.
