ErdoÄŸan received with cholera in stage of disaster

The Turkish Prime Minister was met by strong protests. Before, the population in fury had already attacked the local headquarters of the governing party, the AKP.

To ErdoÄŸan, it was just an accident at work: "accidents in the mines are frequent. In terms of law, the figure of the workplace accident exists. But I'm sure that the extent of this disaster has left us deeply hurt and sad ".

The protests against the presence of ErdoÄŸan led to several arrests. The protests have been heard not only in Sum but also in major cities of Turkey, Istanbul and Ankara. The families of the victims accuse the authorities and the company owner of the mine had not taken the necessary precautions to avoid disaster.
