U.s. troops return to Iraq

Secretary of State John Kerry admits even collaborating with Iran, but not in military operations: "we are open to discussions, if Iran can make a constructive contribution and are prepared to do something that respects the integrity and sovereignty of Iraq, such as the ability of the Government to make reforms".

Eleven years after the United States led invasion of George Bush and Tony Blair's Britain, three after the withdrawal of American troops, Iraq is in the Centre of the concerns of the international community.
