NATO condemns Russian incursion on Ukraine

British journalists at the scene were the first to inform the entry of more than two dozen armored Russians in Ukraine. The NATO Secretary-General has confirmed this afternoon that "last night attended a Russian incursion through the Ukrainian border." Anders Fogh Rasmussen said that "This confirms the fact that we are witnessing a continued flow of weapons and fighters from Russia eastwards of Ukraine".

After a telephone contact between the Ukrainian President and the British Prime Minister centered on the incident, London summoned the Russian Ambassador to ask for explanations about the possible incursion.
