Ukraine: "fleeing Civilians attacked with Grad missiles"

The Ukrainian army has accused rebels in the East of the country they had attacked a column of buses with civilians on a road near Luhansk and have caused countless victims.

The spokesman for the National Security and Defense Council talks of using Grad missiles against civilians.

"Not far from Luhansk, on the road between Khryashchuvat and Novosvitlivka a column of civilians who tried to escape from that area was hit by several Grad missiles which were delivered to the bandits by the Russian Federation. Many people died, including women and children, "said Andriy Lysenko.

The separatists deny and point the finger at Government forces, whom they accuse of "bomb the road with aviation and Grad missiles several times".

The cities of Luhansk and Donetsk, controlled by separatists have been at the Centre of the Ukrainian army military objectives.

However, the Russian Foreign Minister, Sergei Lavrov, announced that there is already agreement with Kiev for Russian humanitarian aid between in Eastern Ukraine.
