Jordan frees the "Bin Laden's Ambassador in Europe"

In 2013, the Islamist Palestinian origin was extradited from the United Kingdom to Jordan, after a long legal battle. The man who was once considered the spiritual leader of Al Qaeda in Europe, was sentenced in absentia in 2000 for involvement in an alleged conspiracy to attack American and Israeli tourists in Jordan.

The Court ruling was greeted with joy by relatives and friends. The Defense says a victory for Justice
