Report says the MH17 is down

This interim report presents the preliminary results of the investigation that led the international teams.

The conclusions are based on elements supplied by the black boxes of the plane, photos, videos or data from the aviation authorities.

The Dutch inspectors wrote that visited the crash site in Eastern Ukraine for lack of security.
