Russia says no ceasefire agreement because it is not part of the conflict

The Press Office of Petro Poroshenko announced, in a statement, the Presidents of Ukraine and Russia had reached an agreement, this Wednesday, for a ceasefire in the region of Donbass in Eastern Ukraine.

This document reads that Poroshenko and Putin talked by phone, and that "mutually reached, an understanding in relation to measures that will allow the establishment of peace".

Despite this information, a spokesman of the Russian head of State assured that, although they have agreed steps to peace, has not been achieved any cease-fire agreement because Russia is not one of the parties of the conflict in Ukraine.

Kiev's forces have been fighting separatists in the Donbass region pró-russos, Moscow is accused by Kiev and the international community have been supporting, with effective and weaponry, these rebels.
