Ukraine: Eastern Populations skeptical about cease-fire

In Mariupol, where the most intense fighting occurred before the start of the truce, the hope is too low:

"We think that it is unlikely that the cease-fire will hold. It's hard to believe. Already several times tried to stop fighting, but the situation in the country is not stable as it was before ".

"We've had other truce, but never lasted, unfortunately."

The expectation is huge for part of the populations and the international community. To begin to fulfill the agreement is now the observers can reach the ground to ensure compliance with what was decided by Poroshenko and Putin and help start reaching the underserved populations, after five months of war.
