The President of Kenya, Uhuru Kenyatta, responds by allegedly be putting obstacles to the investigation of who is targeted, accused of crimes against humanity.

Kenyatta trial should have begun in September last year, but was repeatedly postponed, for alleged witness intimidation.

The Government directed by Kenyatta is also accused of refusing to cooperate with the ICC, not to provide bank details and telephone bills that can prove a direct involvement in the death of over 1,000 people.
