Twelve separatist killed in battle at Donetsk airport

This Saturday the rebel forces suffered the worst casualties since beginning of the cease-fire that officially began the five Sept.

In attacks on buildings in Donetsk airport twelve militants were slaughtered. Three tanks rebels fired on the main terminal of the airport, made some advances in the area, but the facilities are still in the hands of the military.

Kiev and Moscow have claimed the West feeds the separatist insurgency in Eastern Ukraine, providing weapons and personnel, something that Russia denies.

Pró-russos rebels, in turn, accused the Ukrainian Government forces of violating the truce and of bombarding residential areas in Donetsk.
