Catalonia: no referendum but the Catalans vote on Sunday

Against all odds and against all, Catalonia performs on Sunday, November 9, a popular vote on independence this Spanish province.

Considered illegal by the Constitutional Court, the referendum is not possible, as the Government of Barcelona. Instead of a query, Catalonia will have a sounding of the popular will.

Catalan authorities promise to leave the Organization scrutiny about 40 thousand volunteers, which removes the character officer to act.

But President Arthur But ensures that if most manifest for independence, will use the results to accentuate the pressure on Madrid.

The expectation is great. Official or not, it's the will of the Catalans that the world will meet on Monday.
