France: Delayed delivery of warship to Russia

The "Vladivostok" should be delivered to Moscow in mid-November.

Hollande in September decided to condition the delivery of "Vladivostok", much criticized by NATO countries, particularly the United States, to the political solution of the conflict in Ukraine.

Hollande has reiterated on several occasions in recent weeks that the ceasefire, signed on September 5 in Minsk, must be fully respected in Ukraine.
