Burundi: opposition must decide today whether competes presidential

President Pierre Nkurunziza, who registered the candidacy on Friday, he intends to serve a third term. The head of State claims that the first term was obtained through a vote in Parliament and this will be the second time that presents itself to the polls. The Constitution limits the Office of President to two consecutive terms. Much of the international community criticizes the actions of the President, although the UN Security Council is divided.
