Germany: Neo-nazis attack a Union event in Weimar

About half hundred neo-Nazis rode into the Tribune, withdrew the microphone to the speaker and provoked a riot in which injured four people.

Among those in attendance was Mr social democrat Carsten Schneider, who will have been attacked and insulted by neo-Nazis. On his Twitter account Mr describes the robbers as "highly aggressive".

The regional leader of the Confederation of trade unions, Sandro Witt, demanded explanations of what happened to the Interior Minister of the State of Thuringia, where Weimar is located.
