ISIL publishes recording to deny death of al-Baghdadi

In this audio recording attributed to the radical leader is issued a plea to Muslims to take weapons in Syria and Iraq and join the organization.

The document has been authenticated and dated but there seem to be similarities between the registry and the voice of al-Baghdadi.

The United Nations Security Council, Valerie Amos, under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator and issued a warning about the growing degradation of the situation of the populations hostages of extremists: "reports indicate the deterioration of conditions in these areas, including the difficulties of access to drinking water, medical care and food. People are increasingly isolated and many are not allowed to leave freely in these areas ".
