The us Secretary of State, John Kerry, and the Chinese State counselor, Yang Jeichi, presided over the first meeting of a new working group on the oceans, on the third and last day of annual talks between Beijing and Washington.

"We strongly believe that the United States and China must work together to develop and implement a shared understanding in cyberspace. And I'm saying that China work to complete a code of conduct on cyber activities ".

Approximately of 400 Chinese officials visiting Washington since Sunday for the strategic dialogue.
