Macedonia prepares early legislative

Candidate for NATO and for ten years, Macedonia prepares early elections to end of April 2016, two years before the expiry of four years, to end the political crisis in this ex-Yugoslavian.

The announcement was made by the EU Commissioner for the European neighbourhood policy and the accession negotiations, Johannes Hahn, after the meeting between the leaders of the conservatives in power and the left opposition in Skopje.

A new meeting is scheduled for next week in Brussels to finalize the details of the agreement.
